We order from Charlie’s multiple times a week, for the last 3-4 years. We live about a minute & a half away from them.. we’ve never had any issues ever, until we just got our food tonight I ordered a Caesar chicken wrap with fries & as I’m finishing up my fries & UNDERNEATH them is a dead moderately sized fly. So unsanitary. I’m disgusted. Never again.
I have been to Charlie's numerous times in the past, but my recent two visits made my throat irritated. I am sensitive to some ingredients and when companies substitute cheaper ingredients, I have a reaction. Service was fast and friendly, but I can't go back.
literally just called in at 9:58pm thinking they were open until 11pm (11/18/22) and the girl answering the phone was so rude, when i apologized for not knowing they closed at ten (knowing that i wouldn’t have even called), she made rude comments and hung up the phone. foods good, but whoever that girl is that just took my call turns me off from this place… horrid customer service
Check your bill! Charlie’s is now charging 3% extra for credit card usage and for all pickup/delivery orders they include an additional “service charge.” On top of that, all pickup orders also carry a “pickup charge” of 50¢! Yes, the customer gets to pay them for the pleasure of picking up their own food! When I complained about this additional charge to the counter worker, her response was, “We’ve always charged that.” Well, silly me for not checking my bill sooner, but shame on you Charlie’s for taking advantage of your customers like that! Oh, and the food has gone from great to mediocre, so it’s not even worth the trouble.
I really hope that you like soup because you will be covered in it by the time you get home. The soup containers completely disintegrated and caved in on themselves during our drive home. Not only that but the pasta containers were not closed completely and the oil leaked out all over my fabric seats in my car and it is never coming out. On top of that, they forgot our mozzarella sticks and we only ordered three things. My sister, who was holding the food bag, was covered in soup and has a burn on her leg. We immediately went back to the restaurant and had our food remade. By the time we got home the new soup containers were on their way to disintegration. No shade, the food was good.
